Advantages: taste great, arent too expensive
Disadvantages: no problems experienced so far!
Maryland cookies are in my top two cookies every.
(tesco's cookies have been eliminated from my list due to bad taste - see my review on tesco cookies for details)
Maryland cookies are exceptional, cost around 70p-£1.35! Places like Lidl and Tesco that sell these cookies will have them for like 60p - most of the time they are on offer like buy one get one free so its all good
The flavours available for Maryland Cookies are:
Choc Chip Oatmeal and Honey Cookies
Choc Chip and Coconut (Export Only)
Choc Chip and Hazelnut Cookies
Double Choc Chip Cookies
Fudge Brownie Cookies
Mini Cookies And Milk
Mini Choc Chip Cookies
Apple Cranberry and Cinnamon Cookies
Raisin Oat Choc Chunk and Maple Syrup Cookies
Choc Chip Cookies
You may be thinking why have i not seen most of these flavours in supermarkets? thats because these are American cookies and maybe some flavours are not imported to the supermarkets we know.
Flavours I have tried include choc chip, white choc chip and choc chip with hazelnut.
The red pack is the normal choc chip flavour, brown pack is the one with hazelnut, and red with white has white choc chip. I can officially tell you that all flavours are amazing. Nowadays when i go to tesco/Salisbury's I have not seen the white choc chip flavour I only see the hazelnut and original, I will try a larger branch of Tesco like the one in Watford which is great, they would probably have a few more options there.
In the hazelnut flavour you can taste the nuts, its great, like the originals it still goes great with a dip like milk or tea.
The only problem is the pack is 150g and can be finished within 5 minutes if watching tv and getting carried away, there are like 15 cookies in the pack which isn't much, and whats more is that the cookies are delicious, the biggest problem is sharing, not a trace would be left behind.
you are probably wondering then what is the other top cookie brand, well that is also an American style cookie, a giant cookie infact, theyre called Tenessee Cookies and are available from Lidl, cost like a pound for a small pack of giant cookies, they have huge chocolate chips and are delicious - taste like freshly baked cookies that sell for 70/80p each!
:P
Summary: These cookies are great, 150g costs around 60-70p cookies finish quick though - are addictive!!!!!!!
